Jasmin Carroll

The awesome Jasmin joined the team 4 years ago, in an administrative role which she manages so well.  You will always be welcomed with a smile, and nothing is too much trouble for Jas.

Since then, Jasmin has completed her  studies in studio Pilates, and leads many of our classes weekly.

Recently engaged, we are excited for her and her life ahead.

                             Mysti Taylor
I'm a Reformer Pilates instructor based in Port Fairy, where I've lived for the past 5 years and spent much of my life visiting. My passion for Pilates began while living in London where I started to ponder the thought of teaching myself.
I'm passionate about helping people feel strong and to move well in their bodied.
I aim to create inclusive and safe classes that leave clients feeling confident and inspired.
When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me surfing, walking along the coast, or riding my bike.
